For Midori-san, running is the most affordable, time-efficient, and effective way to move the entire body—a cost-effective method for staying in shape. Another year successfully completed! Gyms and swimming are nice too, but they can be quite expensive and time-consuming.

The average heart rate was 141bpm ↓. Last year, it was 121bpm. I’m glad I managed to push it up a bit.
I’m still using the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 for my runs. Among all the running shoes I’ve ever worn, this is the one that fits me best. It’s so comfortable to run in! That said… I think the cushioning is starting to wear out. It’s been a great companion, though.
