Overview

Here we go again. The previous attempt is here:

This year, the plan was as follows: 6 km → 6 km → 6 km → 6 km → 6 km → 3 km → 3 km → 3 km → 4 km → 3 km, for a total of 46 km.

Reflections

  • This year, I thought I could manage 10 days, so I started with a plan to run 6 km daily for a total of 60 km. However, by the fifth day, my muscles were already depleted, so I switched to shorter distances for the latter half.
  • When I first attempted “non-stop running,” I went for 10 km x 6 days. That was insane!
  • Well, it became clear last year that running 10 km every day interfered with other daytime activities like reading and studying. So reducing the distance was a smart choice. Back when I managed 10 km x 6 days, I was on a gaming week, which made it more feasible.
