Happy New Year!

For Midori, running is the most cost-effective way to move his body comprehensively in a short amount of time. He managed to keep it up for another year. He tried the gym, swimming, and cycling, but all of these take more money and time.

 

Ran 1070km

Well, basically, he aims to run about 10km twice a week. That’s the amount of exercise that “maintains his physique even if he does nothing else.”

However, due to weather, errands, and physical condition, it's not always possible to stick precisely to twice a week.

...Or so he thought, but apparently, he managed to do it this year.

According to some books, frequent aerobic exercise that raises your heart rate is good for the brain. Knowing this, he welcomes and embraces the increase in heart rate.

As usual, his shoes are the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39. They're easy to run in. Very much so.
