AC6 Finally Started
I had heard the rumors about Armored Core for a long time and was definitely interested. Moreover, it's a title from From Software, highly recommended by Mr. Midori. A must-buy.
But Then It Didn't Start
I immediately encountered the dense fog bug.

I thought it was a cool effect, emerging from the dense fog as the mech appears during the catapult launch, but it turns out it's a bug.

I boot up the game and start the first level the graphics refuse to load and everything is invisible. I can't see my mech, I cannot see the enemies, hell I can't see the level period.
Resolving the Dense Fog Bug
I commented in the Steam Community mentioned above, but the dense fog bug was resolved by following these steps:
- Apply Windows Update
- Install all "Optional Updates"
- Update Nvidia graphic card drivers using the GeForce Experience tool
Man, I've been playing on consoles so much recently, I hadn't experienced a bug like this in a long time. It's nostalgic.
