Problem
It has been long time since Sublime Text3 had a problem on Windows10. Because it shows Japanese IME conversion window at the top left of monitor you feel so uncomfortable to see that.
Modified
Sublime modified the problem and the IME window finally got to appear the proper position.
As many people had been saying "this problem may be left permanently" and had given up to solve it, this is pleasant news.
