I mean, I wouldn't betray you! It was a minor goal, but I'm glad we achieved "Reaching max rank together with a friend."
Salmonid Smokeyard Max Rank
This time we started at 40.
- Number of shifts to max rank: 86
- Coincidentally, the same as my last Spawning Grounds max rank!
- But this time, it was 86 shifts from 40 to 999, whereas last time it was from 300 to 999, so it's clear that last time required much more effort.
- Number of successes: 55
- Number of failures: 31
Looking at the shift history, you can see that we managed to minimize failures in the early stages. We climbed almost stress-free up to 800. This was because I was able to start with friends of similar skill levels. That's a relief.
Tips Grasped from Previous Max Ranks
- Use all specials to clear up to wave 2 at all costs.
- Whether you can clear Wave 3 is up to luck. And that's okay.
- At the end of max rank, forget about "herding". Take down every big target that comes into view. Towards the end, there's hardly a situation where "I want to deliver but the Golden Eggs are far away". It's always "I want to deliver but the big ones are in the way".
